How are you supposed to use the utensil hooks? They aren’t shown in any pictures or videos.

How do you get the rubber feet onto the bottom? Is it just me?

Mine came with the rubber feet on it. Just move one to one corner and do the same to the other side.

Has anyone used this to store glass casserole dishes?

YES I’ve used this for glass lids as well as glass rectangular baking dishes. I’m pretty sure it can be used for round dishes because it’s adjustable to fit as snugly as possible. It’s a Great buy.
