Neck relief
Product is very well made and I was impressed that the company reached out to me. Telling me ways to make it even more effective Using this for neck and shoulder pain. If you are experiencing the same, I would say, definitely try it. It is a little weighty more so than others. I've had in the past, but I do like the way it reaches up to the top of your neck.

Good quality neck warming pad!
My wife loves it! She asked me to purchase a microwaveable neck warmer as she has bad arthritis in her neck. We purchased this neck pad on Amazon and she really likes it.mit stays warm a long time and is easy to heat in the microwave! Good product that works!

Great product, heats up well in the microwave. Could be easier to attach together around your neck. Would buy again if I ever needed another one

Would have given it 5 stars if it wasn’t for the smell
It works well, but smells like hay. After 2 months of daily use, it still smells like hay. For me, I heat it up for about 3-3.5 minutes, it stays hot for about 15 min. There is an elastic band that helps keep it in place.

Love this thing! Covers my neck and shoulders and is the perfect weight. Such good quality stitching and material. I do have to heat it much longer than recommended instructions but not a problem.

My neck has been upset with me as I guess i slept wrong. Decided to try this because I like that it comes in purple. OK also more importantly because it can be heated so I don't have to worry about batteries or plugging in. The material is like a lovely chenille bathrobe. No weird odor to me. I also like that it has a strap so you can wrap it as tight as you need. I have a small neck so I wanted something customizable. The price can't be beat. I put it on immediately and it is really soothing my neck. Yay!

Heating pack
This isn't very efficient holding the heat. It lasts maybe 10 minutes and the heat is not distributed in the entire wrap. I would not buy this again.
