These gummies are brilliant - good value for money and very effective at helping one relax enough to sleep. I've also recommended them to my partner who tried for a few nights and was very impressed and will be ordering some himself. They taste great too, which is a bonus.

I have had sleep problems for many years & have tried so many sleep aids, most of which have not been successful with me. These do help me but not every night. When I first took them they did help me nod off & remain asleep for longer than usual, but after 7 nights they stopped helping me. I took a break from them & when I started taking them again they helped! So for me the answer is to take them for a few nights, break, then try again. At least I am getting some sleep so there is an improvement. Everyone is different but I can recommend giving these a try. 🤗

i have insomnia and sadly these didn’t work for me. great taste though and incredibly easy to swallow. might work for someone with just a little trouble sleeping and definitely a tasty alternative, worth a try.

I bought this product to help me with sleep. I tried lot of products but not many work. This one helps me fall asleep but keep waking up. It tastes nice and is easy to use. I did not notice any side effects.

I had these ordered as a replacement for my normal bedtime gummies. & honestly absolute waste of money. They don’t help me at all & I have not slept properly during the nights I have taken them. It’s currently 5am & I have tosses & turned all night trying to fall asleep. I shall never again order this brand of bedtime gummies & will hope my normal brand is back in stock again soon. Only possible good thing about them is they don’t taste awful. But that’s all the positive I can say about them. Save your money, look for something better
