Genial ! Pour exercices des bras et buste

Can be easily used in many exercises aiming to improve body flexibility and functionality. Light weight. Easy to carry. No issues.

I love this weighted Pilates bar. It's only 5 lbs, but I was worried it might be too heavy and awkward for me, since I don't usually use more than 2-3 lbs weight so I don't hurt myself. But it's perfect. I have no problem lifting it over my head and using it for stretching and therapy. I'm not trying to bulk up, so the weight is perfect. It feels balanced when using it, which is a plus, too. The rubbery tips are a bonus. If the neighbour upstairs gives me any grief, I can let them know I'm only a tap away. Update: I already find the 5 lb bar almost too easy to use, so I ordered a 10 lb one that arrived today. I was shocked that one end of the box was completely open, and the end of the bar was sticking right out. It wasn't even protected with the plastic wrap. Everything on the surface looks ok. It's too late tonite, but tomorrow I'll give it a good looking over and try it out. If anything seems off about it, I may return it and reorder another one. I'll be letting Amazon know about the shape the shipping box was in when it arrived.

Easy to use, store and clean! Highly recommended for easy at home workouts.

Me gustó mucho. Práctica para rutinas de cardio intenso, si ubiese más barras con diferentes pesos las compraría.
