My original remote does not work.  The replacement remote does work.  Can it be used to clone the signal?

Depends on how old your opener is. Ours are about 7 years old and I just programmed everything off aftermarket universal openers. Also everything older can absolutely be cloned using any aftermarket opener. The “no” might occur if you have a newer opener that utilizes a “master” remote.

Does this work with Liftmaster 8355w, w yellow Learn button? Unable to get any of 3 of these to work.

I tried to program for my Ginnie , failed more than 3 times. I gave up, but happy to my community gate success at first time.  I believe this won't work with any rolling code opener.

I have 2 doors wit linear systems. one of them has 300mhz 10 dips and the other one 310mhz with 8 dips. can i use this control to put both of them?

To me it is a little unclear; while your frequencies are in the stated range of operation I have had systems that used frequencies in the stated operating ranges that it would not communicate with. I would take seriously the statement that it is only compatible with systems that are listed in figure 3 and if your specific model is not listed assume it will not work. I can also say that even for the doors that I successfully programmed it does not always send a signal to open the door when I push the button and has a very limited range.
