LightCharge Hub Dynamo Bicycle USB Charger for Smartphones/iPhones/Lights, SON Type

I bought the LightCharge along with the OPS (voltage regulator). The OPS is required if you bike faster than 12 MPH. The problem I am experiencing is difficulty in getting through to anyone who is experienced in helping you should you have problems setting up. The diagram provided is not very helpful. Also, the package did not have all the required items to install on you bike. I do believe, however, that given improvement in the service area that this could be a great product. The important thing is that you need to know for sure that it is wired correctly.
