These are handy single capsules that can be easily brought along individually. You cut off the tip with scissors (included, or provide your own), and then squeeze the contents onto the affected area of your skin.I'm not sure if this accomplishes permanent long-term improvement over time, but it does seem to smooth out wrinkles immediately after a night of not-the-best-sleep. The capsules are small but a little goes a long way, you don't need much.Like any other personal product, test it for allergies first somewhere other than your face, but I didn't have any problems.

I came upon this product by chance, my usual brand wasn't available, and this was suggested by Amazon. I absolutely love how this Vitamin C product makes my face feel.
