Standard Remoska Electric Table Top Cooker with Glass Lid 2L

Very efficient cooker that you can cook anything in that an oven could do.This is my second Remoska,which although expensive,are well worth the money. I cooked pork steaks with apple stuffing and sliced potatoes.In an hour it tasted really wonderful.I also baked a caramel chocolate cake from a packet mix in 20 minutes.It was perfectly moist and delicious. I have an air fryer which is ok for grilling but can dry things out.So I use the Remoska for everything else you can cook. The new style Remoska is very pretty to look at and stylish too.

Our second in over 20 years ! Wouldn’t be without one. Still finding new uses for this very economical cooker.

I was very surprised at the standard of packaging. The box was battered ans covered in cellotape, and has been opened before.. The remoska itself was not affected but one got the impression from the bad packaging, rightly or wrongly, that the item was a reject. Hence 4 stars.

I bought this originally for a French caravan we bought with no oven. Subsequently using it in the house and so versatile, cook many things and save so much energy, seriously should have discovered this years ago. So easy to use and the food is delicious, roasted potatoes amazing

I wanted something that would help in not having to use the oven so often. This was certainly the pan for the job. I read quite a few reviews by practised users but this was new to me so a bit of a learning curve. I just had to remember that it basically roasts food as an oven would. I did also buy a rack. The non stick coating makes it extremely easy to clean. Food tastes good as there is seldom any need to add water. It is also very economical I'm still learning but very pleased so far.

This is the 2nd Remoska I have had. The first one lasted about 7 years and I only stopped using it because I dropped the lid!!! During that time I did not use my big oven at all, and I also took it caravanning. It is great to have a new one, the style has reverted to the original with the glass viewing window which I like (previous one also had glass window). The initial cost is fairly high but the saving on electric is huge. I am alone now but I can cook a roast with very little effort. I thought it was wasteful to heat the big oven just for one dinner so rarely had a roast.. The temperature is not adjustable but I find it is just right to roast etc. (Just eaten roast chicken, parsnips, tatties and courgettes all cooked in the one pan.) Yummy!!! Would recommend.
