Can't men use this as you wrote for kids and pregnant women?

Men can also use this. This is not meant for particular gender. And why it is mentioned for preg woman and kids means those who take regularly for special reasons.

I just bought this product, when I soaked the strands for 1-2 hour the strands changed colour from red to yellow, is it normal?
