I used these to ice my skin before doing IVF injections. They worked well but of course they’re small so the coldness doesn’t last long. It worked perfectly for the timing to do the injections though and I would recommend for that purpose.

I've needed to take daily injections during my pregnancy and this has been such a helpful aid in reducing the pain post injection. Can swap out every day in case I forget to put them back in the freezer. Have held up great over the past 3 months so far.

These have been a great purchase for my IVF journey. They are small enough and thick enough to hold against skin. I leave on skin for 5-10 min and it relieves the injection pain significantly. They freeze quickly and seem very durable. It also helps that they are my favorite color!

Great sizes for small nees

The size is perfect for small areas such as toes, elbow, finger, but the cold doesn’t last long. I have swollen nerves in my feet under my toes that cause a lot of pain. I have to put them on and off in 15 minute increments. The coldness doesn’t last for 15 mins. I bought bigger ones with beads in them and they last a long time. I can’t return these because I used them, but I don’t recommend if you have to keep them on for a while.
