Quality charger, multiple operating feature worth the cost.
Quality battery charger. I purchased being I have two Optima batteries. But have used on standard wet cell auto batteries. The “conditioning” feature of the battery being charged is great to have & be monitored by the Optima charger. These chargers are a bit pricey. However the quality & charging features are worth paying for!

Pricey but worth it
This battery charger is really nice. It aint cheap but it does a lot of things automatically. I use it for an Optima AGM battery I have had for 5 years now. The charger will condition the battery after it analyzes the state of the battery. My battery was going down to 11.9 volts after a couple of days. I did several conditioning/maintaining cycles and now the battery has around 12.3 volts consistently. Worth the investment in my opinion.

High Quality Robust Unit
Very high quality unit. The clips are heavy duty all metal and big enough to clip onto a full size marine grade terminal. It analyses your battery quickly and is very easy to use. This is my second Ultima unit. The plastic clips broke on my first one or I would still be using it.

Versatile and easy to use
This is a very advanced and versatile charger. It's able to charge Lithium, AGM and Flooded batteries. Perhaps my favorite feature of this charger is the easy to read graphic display that shows you at a glance the state of charge on your battery and gives you an indication of how long it will take to charge a battery. It also has a boost / quick charge function to aide in faster charge times but it's not intended for engine starting. I have been using CTEK chargers for the longest time but I wanted this one for its ability to charge Litium batteries and its LCD display. I hope this charger stands the test of time because it's not inexpensive. Time will tell...
