Does the under bed mounting system come with the hitch?

No, there are two part numbers to order. The under bed system is specific to your truck. I called the manufacturer and the receptionist knew the part number off the top of he head. Very polite, knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed the and am impressed now after 15,000 miles

I'm not sure you would have to email b&w. I tow around 17500 with my trailer on my companion

Is this b&w 5th wheel hitch better than the reese goosebox gen2? i own a duramax with a 6.5ft standard bed.

So, I've actually got some little experience in pulling with a 5th wheel and GN hitch. So for my rv, I wanted to use a gn so I could have a full bed, but in doing some research, I've found s couple issues. First is that a 5th wheel to gn adaptor is really not recommended except for an emergency. Second, there's a limited number of trailer manufacture approved gooseneck pin boxes that won't void warranty. Third is of the approved gs pin box hitches, they're quite expensive. 5th wheel rvs are designed to be pulled with 5th wheels. Gn trailers are designed to be pulled with a gn hitch. Just kinda depends on personal preference, budget, etc...
