We have been using the machine for the past one year.Pros: It provides a good massage.Feels relaxing after driving on long trips/ standing for long periods.The heating function feels good and provides additional relaxation.The ability to swivel the upper portion to use it on thighs has been a useful feature.Cons: The pressure applied by the machine even on lowest setting is quite strong. Older people and people with weak legs need to be careful. It would have been better if additional lower settings were provided.The price I feel is on the higher side for what is being offered.It is better to cover the machine after use as the yellow leather parts can get dirty quickly. We put silica gel packets in the footwells to absorb any moisture from sweat before covering it.

The product is good, using it on a regular basis.It massages the foot and relieves pain. Like to recommend it to all. Good for all the aged people who have knee pain. The heating option is also available which relaxes the body.

Bought the massager for my father who is 80yrs old. His feet used to swell-up due to lack of exercise. The massager is very usefull in bringing down the swelling considerably and very relaxing. He has started using it daily and is extremely pleased with the kneading action gimmicking a massage done using hands. The only grey area within the product is the absence of the tapping sensation which if incorporated would leave no further room for improvement.
