The quality of the pillow is great as I have used it for over a period of 1.5 years and writing a review now. But in any case it is suitable only for children and definitely not for an adult. I wanted to return it but the kids had opened the packing and so kept it. Please do visualise the measurements before buying. I put it in the washing machine and the pillow broke into three pieces. So do not wash in the machine.

Amazing pillow, my doctor told me to buy memory foam pillow for neck pain and this pillow provides very good support. After I bought for myself I also bought 2 more for my family members! The diagram is incorrect, I rest my neck on the bulky side of the pillow.

I've always had weird phases with my pillows, some work for me for years and suddenly I can't use them because they want to break my neck. Before this I used a "normal" shaped Pillow (Memory Foam) for almost three years but over the last couple of months, it was unbearable. I had severe neck strain in the Morning. This Cervical Pillow is different, I can't say if it's better or not but the first two days were the same as my old one but ever since those two days have gone by, I have noticed severe improvement. You just need to find your spot and experiment, the major advantage here is while sleeping on the side, it's fantastic but while laying flat, not so much. The Foam is rather stiff and since Memory Foam doesn't "Break-In", the stiffness won't decrease with time. It's hard to recommend this as everyone will have a different experience with it, what I can say is if you do have issues with you current Pillow, there is no reason to not try this, it could remedy an issue completely!

What a find. Great pillow. Very comfortable. Excellent support for the neck. Doesn't get hot after a while. Great buy and totally worth it. No smell issues. Using it for over 8 months now. Go for it.

Its a great pillow. Gave me a big relief from Cervical Pain but unfortunately its dying down very fast. The strength in the pillow has reduced extensively within 3 months time. I would request you to take the product back and replace it with a pillow that last me atleast 1 year (not 3 months). As per product price of Rs. 2500, its not worth if it last me 3-5 months.

Definitely as described and pictured - seller I used was "Viiagiie Travel Accessories". I have owned the original TempurPedic products in the U, S., and I can confirm that this pillow is definitely real memory foam. However, it is not as slow to respond and dough-like as the TempurPedic. This pillow bounces back a little too quickly, so it's not the super expensive type of memory foam. Still, it's on par with the best I've seen in India. The pillow out of the box was spotlessly clean looking and smelling. The zippered pillow cover is exactly the material that should be used on memory foam pillows, and it has the characteristic, faint smell of the anti-microbial, soft material that I am used to. Inside the Amazon box, there was the original pillow product box with built-in plastic handle. Inside that, the pillow itself is wrapped in a clear plastic bag with easy-to-open sticky flap. Perfect. Took one star off because the five-star rating is for the super duper memory foam. But this is truly the best you can expect in India. If this is your first memory foam, use the pillow for a few days and your body will adjust - after that, you'll want to take this pillow with you wherever you go!
