Excellent Wireless Headset for Work and Calls
This headset is comfortable to wear all day and delivers clear sound quality. The noise-cancelling microphone works very well during calls, and the Bluetooth connection is stable. Battery life is impressive, and charging is quick. Great value for remote work, meetings, and everyday use. Highly recommended!

bought two, both broke
I loved this headset..... as long as it worked. Which wasn't long. I bought two. The power button broke after about six months. But I liked it, and thinking maybe it was just a bad one, I bought another. Same thing happened, this time after only 2 months. So that was that. I bought a different brand that was not so fragile.

Good, Reliable Headset
I’ve been using this headset for meetings and regular calls, and so far it’s been good and dependable. My voice sounds clear during calls with unnoticeable background noise per feedbacks from other people on the call. The mute button is convenient when I need to quickly mute myself. Bluetooth setup was easy, and the connection has been stable. I’ve connected it to my laptop and phone without any issues. Switching between devices is straightforward once everything is paired. Battery life has been good. I only need to charge once a week and it lasts through long calls and regular use without any problems. It’s also lightweight and adjustable, and the ear cushions are soft enough for a few hours at a time. After extended wear, you may feel a little pressure, but that’s fairly normal for an on-ear

Very good headset
I’ve been really impressed with these headphones for both music, work and calls. Audio quality is crisp, and the noise-canceling mic does an excellent job—my voice comes through clearly with no background distractions. They stay comfortable even during long sessions, and the battery life is strong enough that charging isn’t a daily chore. Pairing is quick, the Bluetooth connection stays solid, and overall they deliver excellent performance for the cost. I’d happily recommend

Would not recommend if you take calls in a busy area
Battery life is good and they’re fairly comfortable. However, I make a lot of calls for work, and even with noise cancellation on, people still say they can’t hear me well if there’s background noise. The sound quality isn’t great.

I'm having an issue in teams...
I can't tell where the issue is coming from. Everything seems great until I get dropped from a call. It doesn't hang up, I'm not on mute, everything's connected even showing on Bluetooth as connected, volume is up. I've tried turning it on and off again but still no one can hear me. Teams is showing it as a speaker but isn't letting me select it as a microphone to use and then nobody can hear me as it's set on the laptop microphone and not showing as an option to select the headset to use. I don't know if it's the headset or teams itself. Due to being a recurring issue I put 4 stars as well as not being able to pinpoint the issue. Other than that I love these, they're comfortable, and love that they have a mute button. Sounds awesome. But my main use is for work and I don't want to deal w IT to figure it out.

Don’t get if you want true background noise cancelling microphone
I work from home as well as my husband and we are both in the same room/office. We both have meetings where we are talking at the same time. My current Jabra is having some issues staying connected and sometimes have poor microphone quality. Purchased this headset due to mic noise cancelling. Pairing with my work laptop was easy. Audio quality was good and microphone quality was ok- more clear than the microphones with the foam covers. The microphone is a fixed curve and length so there is little adjustment you can make to have it in front of your face/mouth. The background noise cancelling was non existent. The microphone did do a little better blocking out noises but if someone is talking in the same room, the microphone picks it up. Do not get if you need true background noise cancelling mic.

Great for office or WFH jobs
These are perfect for those in WFH / office jobs as they have a professional look to them. There are two ways to connect these to your computer - Bluetooth or USB dongle. This also allows dual connectivity. I can connect this to my work laptop for my calls and I can also connect this to my phone for listening to music when I need to. It has a solid connection range as I can move around my house without the connection dropping or the sound cutting out. Good sound quality on these - I am able to hear others clearly and the microphone is clear enough to pick up my voice and blocks out most of the background noise around me. I like that the microphone is able to rotate as I can move it out of the way when eating or sipping a drink. Battery life is great - it can last over a week on a single charge when I am constantly using throughout the day. It also charges back up really quickly so you won't be without these for very long. They are fairly light as I can keep these on my head throughout the day without any discomfort. The ear cushions are quite soft and can be adjusted for a better fit if needed. Costs £35.99 at the time of this review, which I think is quite reasonable for the comfort and quality of this headset.

Great value for the quality received!
This is really good value! I've bought other versions of this in the past and had some very bad results, reviews for this one seemed good so I thought I'd give it a go as I've only had radio in the car for some time (built in CD player from Volvo costs £600 to replace!) I was very surprised by this little unit. Smaller than expected, build quality feels great, easy to tune to FM, easy to pair to Bluetooth and crystal clear sound with no interference....and did mention the 2 year warranty!? Haven't tried the call functions yet but for £11 it's already worth it!

Easy to set up and does the job.
So easy to set up, manually tuned it to 87.5 and it picked up on my phones Bluetooth with no problems. The type C charging point is a fast charger and worked with my Motorola G7+ which does have turbo charging. Amazon music, Spotify and internet radio played great without static or interference. Well impressed with this little gadget 👍

On-ear wireless headphones with decently clear sound.
I've been able to test these quite a lot lately, mostly just using them for the usual mix of calls and drifting between tasks around the house with a laptop . They're on-ear headphones, and the pads have this sort of pillow-like feel with little perforations in them. The foam is quite soft and they in general I'd say they're decently comfortable... though after a few hours you do start to feel them pressing against the sides of your ears; that's just the nature of on-ear designs, I suppose. The earcups swivel around quite a bit, so you can tilt them to find a better angle and avoid having one specific part of your ear feeling squashed. The headband has a bit of metal in it for adjusting the height, and it's nicely padded with a good balance so it doesn't cause pressure points in parts of your head. It a sturdier feel than I expected, and it actually reminded me a little of the old MDR series' headband. Connection-wise, you can go via Bluetooth or use the included USB dongle. I've found the range to be pretty reliable as I can wander into another room without the audio stuttering or the signal cutting out entirely. I never really needed to do that in actual practice since I have a laptop and phone, but hey... it works! The sound is actually decent. Yeah, sure, it's not super hi-fi but it does its job. The microphone is clear and it picks up my dull voice well enough and scrubs out most of the ambient clutter around me. There are some slight digital artefacts here and there, I don't know if it's a side effect of the noise cancelling trying to scrub the noise or just the wireless compression, but it's a trade-off you make with wireless mics. It stays defined and doesn't distort too easily... so no yelling into it. The battery life is good. I can use them occasionally for days without thinking about a charger, and when they do run low the USB-C charging is fast enough that you aren't left sidelined for long. So, it's good. It's just the lack of a 3.5mm jack bothers me a bit if I were to nitpick. There's no way to plug these in with a standard jack which does limit its use-case for a few devices, especially if you use things a desktop with limited USB ports or some kind of interface.

Title: Dual‑mode headset with 2.4G and Bluetooth, designed for office and call‑centre use
This headset presents itself as a practical, office‑friendly solution built around dual‑mode wireless connectivity, offering both a 2.4 GHz USB‑A dongle and standard Bluetooth. Its lightweight frame, soft ear cushions, and slim headband make it comfortable enough for long work sessions, and it pairs easily with smartphones, laptops, and Mac systems. Charging through USB‑C keeps things straightforward and battery endurance is strong, and the dedicated boom microphone ensures consistent voice pickup, and ENC enhances call clarity by filtering out background noise captured by the mic; this function should be identified as ENC rather than the incorrectly listed “AI Adaptive Noise Cancellation (ANC)”. The audio profile leans toward mid‑forward vocal clarity, with modest bass and detail, but remains pleasant and well‑suited to spoken‑word tasks. This headset particularly shines in corporate environments where Bluetooth devices are often blocked for security reasons. The included 2.4 GHz dongle bypasses those restrictions entirely: plug it into a USB‑A port, power on the headset, and the link establishes instantly without any pairing steps. The dongle even includes a manual pairing button for recovery—holding it until the alternating blue/red LED becomes solid blue re‑links the headset. A factory reset is also simple, triggered by holding the power and hook buttons together for four seconds. Points worth noting include the absence of a 3.5 mm audio jack, meaning there is no wired fallback if the battery depletes or if wireless connectivity fails. The USB‑C port is dedicated solely to charging and cannot transmit audio. Additionally, when the dongle is plugged into a laptop, system notification sounds remain muted even after the headset is switched off; restoring them requires either unplugging the dongle or manually switching the audio output back to the internal speakers. These limitations do not overshadow the overall practicality of the headset, but they are important considerations for everyday workflow.
