Only received 2 bottles, not 3 bottles which I ordered. I really wanted this product so I don’t want to return it but they left me in a mess up situation. But I do like this product and I would recommend it. I sleep great, feeling great this morning with a nice energy level and it helped with pain relief in my lower back. Good quality value for the money.

My order arrived on 24th i'm writing this review on the 27th, So the back story, spouse is always watching something related to naturopathy because we both dislike pharmaceutical drugs and I am a big fan herbal medicine, he saw this asked me to purchase it I declined, because hes always on to something about something new, he saw, heard, read etc. Meanwhile im nursing really terrible (what i believe to be) RA pain in my right thumb joint which happens to be at the wrist, the slightest touch at the wrist or abducts the thumb leads to pain, he bought me wrist bands to splint the area but not much help with pain. On the 21st, contact with an item slightly abducted the thumb he heard my yelp in Pain, and asked "are you ready to order the thing I asked you to order"?, reluctantly I said yes. He said order 2 so we each get our own bottle. Desperate for relief, as soon as it came I opened the bottle and took a dose. Fast forward to day 3, I have not worn the hand splint in over 24 hours and I have to admit the pain in my wrist is reduced by 60% and completely gone in the other fingers. He asked this morning "how is your wrist"? because he wanted to boast that the pain in his back was gone. very effective gel caps make swallowing easier, this is indeed value for money,

I tried it. Something in it raised my blood pressure and gave me a headache. So I quit taking. I couldn’t see any help in my sleep quality.
