CREATIVE SPACE 48"x32" Magnetic Dry Erase Board with Stand, Double-Sided, Portable

I was half afraid to open the package when it got here- whiteboards generally do not seem to fare well in transit. However, this board was securely packed with styrofoam and a good bit of bubble wrap, and I am thrilled to report that every part of the product was intact and unscathed, and all parts for assembly were accounted for. All the little extras (magnets, magnetic ruler, magnetic schedule, grid tape, etc.) were included and of good quality. We managed to put the whole thing together using the instructions included in the box, but some of you might want to watch the video (it might be easier to see which parts are which). I could have put everything together by myself, but my husband insisted on being helpful. I love the rounded sides of the stand's frame- nothing sharp to catch on, no screws poking out! It has actual metal wheels, not the cheap, crappy plastic ones, and the whole stand moves easily. The board is also easy to tighten/loosen to flip to the other side, and the little latch at bottom center is a handy addition and works really well. I can't find anything wrong with this item at all, and trust me, I've gone over every inch of it with a fine-toothed comb. I was hesitant to spend this much on a whiteboard, but this baby is worth every penny and I would recommend it to anyone who asks. Heck, I'd recommend this board to anyone who DOESN'T ask! Hahaha. So yeah, I am a super happy mama to have such an awesome tool to use for homeschool lessons. Every product that makes our lives easier right now is worth its weight in gold, and this whiteboard setup is at the top of the list for me.

Our board came in a bit dinged up at the top on one side in two places, but it was on the metal frame and manageable. Afterall, things happen and as long as the whiteboard itself was fine, I was going to be fine with it. The installation was easy, although, I did need a helping hand at one stage of it. So overall it was a great size, study, good wheels and looked smart, then I ended up taking off the plastic wrap covering the boards and to my dismay, the side with the 2 dings on it had an actual warp that ran across the 1/3 of the top. The otherside was perfect, but since I had a bought a double sided board, I resigned myself to email this in and find a solution, and then I went to bed. This morning, I found a response by the company owner Mark who asked a question about the packaging, but also was completely clear and reassuring that they were either going to replace the piece or for them to send a replacement. After another quick exchange of emails, he has put into motion for us to get a new product. I want to say, other than book reviews, I don't do reviews, simply because I only buy things on Amazon that have a ton of reviews first. I'm not the adventurous guy at all. But, even though we haven't gotten our new board yet, because I just finished the email exchange with the CEO, I wanted to write this review to say, I'm just so impressed with this company's attitude and customer service. Look, you're shipping some big items through the mail, and a lot of hands other than the company are touching it. Things happen, but when you order from this company, they made sure it was right for me and the process was absolutely painless and even pleasant just because Mark was so straightword, clear and reassuring. If you're going to order a whiteboard, just order it here. You're not going to regret it. The product does what it needs to do, looks smart, but more than that, this is the company you want to buy from.

It's true. Teachers love whiteboards, especially this one!! But did you know that not all whiteboards are created equal? Some whiteboards I've used over my career have been very low quality...that is until I found this one! *I consider this whiteboard amazing because it is easy to erase, and the marker ACTUALLY erases and comes off of the board!! *It's also very sturdy and locks into place well. I was afraid that it would wobble because it's mobile, but it doesn't!! *The board is magnetic and is very strong. This product came with colorful magnets which I LOVE! *Another thing I love about it is that it is double sided. There are often times that I want to save what I've written with my students, but also need more room to write, and this solves that problem! I love that it came with the magnets, magnetic eraser, magnetic ruler, and some tape to make a grid. Those were such a bonus! If you're looking for a very well-made whiteboard for your classroom, or any place, this is it!

The only reason this is four stars instead of five is because the box gotten beaten up and the bird ended up having two dents on one side. It is also slightly uneven which is either the fault of my assembly or the holes in which they provided. (Not a big deal to me either way but slightly annoying to those with OCD.) this came with a magnetic ruler, griding tape and 24 magnets. I either didn’t get an eraser or missed it in the packaging and accidentally threw it away. (Neither of which bothers me as I already had one.) the board took me under an hour to self assemble and I didn’t need the video. Instructions are well written and easy to follow. Some holes didn’t line up as well as they could’ve but I managed. I’m glad it’s double sided as one side I’m using for my daughter to draw, write sentences, and test her spelling. The other side is for notes to myself (I’m a writer) or between my husband and I. The board turns rather easily but also can lock in place. The wheels also have locks which is a great bonus feature to me. Very happy with my new white board. Just for further information ... The box was seemingly packed extremely well. I do not think the company could’ve protected the board any better and fully believe it was shipping that caused my two small round dents. My box was torn open at one corner and all around beaten up with all sorts wear and tear. I was actually surprised the board was nearly unharmed considering the box damage. I also didn’t know to go looking for an eraser and dug through the packaging as best I could... so I hold no real blame toward the company.

As a engineering student in a graduate program, it is easier to work on problems on a big format such as a whiteboard rather than on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper. The bigger numbers help me to visualize the mathematical problems easily and thus understand them better. The mobility and double-sided white board works great for me because I can move it around my office to better accommodate lighting and/or comfort situations. I can also flip the board over and start a new problem instead of having to erase the old one which helps with continuity of thought. In addition, the weekly planner and ruler help to keep notes without having to keep sticky pads all over the place. My 9 y/o son also loves the board as he leaves me messages during the day and I also use it to work math problems that he has for homework. The only complaint I would have is that the small wrench that came with the hardware to tighten the caster wheels was not the right size for the screws. Luckily I had another small wrench which I used to tighten the wheels. Despite this, the Creative Space mobile whiteboard is an all around great product.

I love getting all of my thoughts written out in order to plan my weeks months - this whiteboard exceeded my expectations! I’ve set it up in my office and now I can see my goals & plans in front of me all the time - I always know what I *should* be working on. I love the fact that it’s magnetic and the free magnets can be used for color coding tasks - there’s a ton of black tape included that easily sticks on the board and can be repositioned if needed. I made a calendar out of it and can erase anything inside the boxes when I want to change it to the next month. Also it flips easily, so you have another side to use for whatever else. I can see the board being great for business “idea” meetings or anyone teaching! This is exactly what I need to keep me on track and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, functional whiteboard!

This is an excellent whiteboard for several reasons: #1. It's very well built and sturdy. #2. It came very well packaged, even to the point that the white surface had a protective film over it. #3. Assembly instructions were VERY clear, easy to read and easy to follow, including very clear images - assembly took about an hour but could have been half that if I'd asked someone to assist in holding a couple of pieces for me while I connected them (so make assembly a two-person task!). #4. The company provides the link to an assembly video - which I didn't need but is a rare offer for these kinds of things. Once assembled the unit is easy to move, stands steady when being written on, dry erase markers show up well on the whiteboard and the markings clean off easily and completely - no shadows! If you can afford this whiteboard you won't be sorry!

UPDATE: I have since changed my rating for this product to 5 stars. The customer service I received after emailing the company about the damaged product, was above and beyond. There had been a huge difference in the packaging with the second delivery. Everything was secured, and taped in place. Unlike the first time, where the bars were loose inside during the shipping. I'm guessing that's why the board was damaged. I highly recommend ordering from this company! I really love this product, and was excited for it to arrive. I found it easy to put together and I like that there is video instruction offered. But, I have to give the product a 3-star review for it arriving slightly damaged. The packaging looked slightly beat up. Which is understandable, since it's such a large product. As I un-boxed the whiteboard to inspect it, there had been an approximately 1 inch dent on one side of the board. The magnetic calendar also had a scratch to it around the same size.

Extremely friendly assembly - super funny and detailed instruction ( a leaflet is literally speaking with you like : I know assembling stuff is lame - I will not let you down and make it easy). Great quality, no wobbling , all details smooth and intact. It’s worth the price. Rotation is also very satisfying. Go for it with no doubt

A really good quality whiteboard. Worth the price. Helps me with airing some ideas and highlighting papers and bits of info. So supports me with my essay writing at uni. I heard good things about customer service too. But i had no need because everything was as described and no issues to resolve.
