Excellent Product
Works perfectly out of the box. Very heavy and substantial. Use it exclusively instead of keyboard controls.

A disappointment due to poor engineering design and bad Bluetooth functionality
Major disappointment. So the VOL20 did feel “solid” metal heavy as I hoped, and I could get it to control my iPhone volume remotely, two BIG issues: remote control stops working when USB charger is plugged in (a complaint many have posted online..and yes, I used a USB power-only…no PC connection), plus could not get the VOL20 to work with many Bluetooth-supported audio devices like my Sony stereo receiver to remotely control stereo/CD/media center volume.

Works but it's a little buggy at times.
Functions as intended but it is a bit wonky. 3 1/2 stars. When charged up and paired with the computer it works fine. Has multiple modes and it seems to execute built in routines based on what it thinks the user is trying to do and gets that wrong every time. Properly paired and charged it does work fine.

I love this thing. I no longer have to use the crappy volume control on my corsair keyboard. It works in Windows and Linux.

Look for alternatives.
This controller is so cheaply put together the top of the knob is not set flush with the base and has an unacceptable amount of wobble. It makes the whole unit feel incredibly cheap.

Premium Feel and Easy to Use
I love the metal construction and lighting options. I have a 60% keyboard with no system function keys on it so I bought this because it can work for my speakers or headset on my PC. Paired with no trouble via Bluetooth and wired.

Really nice volume control, with good quality.
I love this thing. For me this is more of a fidget toy to be honest. I have my Bluetooth headphones and they have volume controls on them so there is really no need for an additional knob, but I enjoy using it so much anyway. I love that it is metal. On my system (windows 11, 64bit) it moves volume by two increments. I don't mind it, but is something to be aware of. Maybe I'm just missing something in the settings. I do have light turned off, and the battery life has been very long. Haven't charged it in weeks.

Solid build, looks great. Poor battery life
Nice little device. Built well, and performs well. However, i feel like i am constantly charging it.

es de excelente calidad en cuanto al acabado pero básicamente a mi para lo único que me servia era para manejar el volumen y er mas fácil hacerlo este el teclado asió ue mejor decidí regresarlo
