The sleep gummies taste amazing. The texture is such a nice gummy texture. The Dosa just perfect for my children but I take them myself as an adult and they work very well. I enjoy taking these and my children always ask for them at night. The ingredients are great and so is the texture and taste. The dosage is just right to wind down at night and relax. It's a repeat purchase in our home.

These are literally the best thing I’ve ever discovered for my child! She is soooo picky and especially when it comes to gummies or food or medicine. The fact they have zero melatonin is was drew my interest, but I was sold after seeing all the other ingredients (and lack of some others). She takes one gummy, brushes her teeth, and she is sleepy in less than 30 minutes. She sleeps better through the night and wakes up in such a good mood compared to before when she didn’t have her “sleep gummy.” She asks for it and let me tell you I’ve tried every trick in the book to get her to try or keep up with something like this and it has NEVER worked. She’s 7 now and we’ve been using these routinely for months with no side effects noticed. When we travel or don’t take the gummy, even then she falls asleep fine so I know she doesn’t necessarily always need it anymore. Did I mention she actually loves it? I’m amazed and impressed. The cost is a bonus! Worth it 1,000%.

Our boys struggle with settling down and we have tried everything to get them to bed without giving them melatonin and nothing has worked. We have been giving these to our boys for the last two weeks, and it has made bedtime go from an absolute 2 hour power struggle nightmare to the sweetest, cuddliest, easiest bedtime routine EVER. Great product and melatonin free! All kids are dif but melatonin does disrupt the sleep cycle and is a hormone. 3.5 yo boy with energy is calm and focused for sleep now. No nightmares and quality sleep. I have started using similar products with L-theanine and feel the difference and calming effect. Can't give him what I wont take myself. My only problem is the cap. Its easy to remove, not a safety cap as medicine. They are really tasty, and have to stay out of reach.

I've tried other relaxation gummies for my kids, as well as trying melatonin here and there on the days where they just couldn't settle down but these gummies are by far the best. Melatonin is not good for little ones to use all the time as they are growing since it can disrupt hormones but most people need more magnesium. These vitamins have been a game changer for my kids. I give them each one 30minutes to an hour before bed and it helps them relax just enough that they are usually out pretty quickly after laying down.

I like that there no Melatonin in it. I’m child is very active, outgoing, spunky and wild. He always on the go! IT hard for him to wind down. I tried bath time before bed, read a book, story telling time or just small chat. He stays up way too late some nights. I don’t give it to him every night but the nights I do he out within a hour. I only give him one. My husband has always has trouble sleeping he also will take these. He says he takes two and he out. I don’t think he sleeps all night but at least a couple hours. He takes them because he “keeps forgetting to buy his” but secretly they taste better. My child love the flavor but he also love fruits
