Very good tap, great value and easy to put together. My only slight gripe is I'm not 100% certain the hot and cold tap feed where the tails screw into the body were labels correctly as the hot was cold and the cold was hot. I switched them over but only after the tap was installed and I spotted this problem. It might actually have been my fault for not reading the instructions. Either way, the tap seems to work brilliantly and looks great.

Easy to install and is amazing quality at an excellent price. The tap functions well and feels solid and a lot of thought has gone into the design. The tap has now been installed and in daily use for 3 months with no issues. One issue that could have been made clearer is that the pipe tails need to be only screwed into the tap finger tight as there is no access for a spanner due to the close proximity of the 3 inlet points on the tap.

i had absolutely no issues installing this. The tap looks great, functions perfectly, feel nice to use with smooth and slick movement, and it does everything once would expect from a tap. I have hot, cold and filtered working. The system to attach to the worktop is easy and fixes tight. There is a rubber seal recessed to allow a good seal to the worktop. The physical movement of the spout is smooth and stiff. The individual taps move firm with a smooth feel and stop firmly. The whole tap feel solid and I am very happy with it. Impressed as it took me a long time decide which tap would be suitable, and this was the best value for money rather than spending more than double for a popular branded one when this is perfectly good. I even managed a £20 discount with applying for the Amazon credit card, so I only ended up paying about £60 :-) Enjoy.

I used another brand tap earlier and main problem was overnight, hot water used to seep into the filter pipe, there was some internal leakage. This tap is excellent design, simple to install. I looked at my current installation and planned for some additional parts (pipe connection from mains cold water to filter unit). Once the Plumbee arrived, job was done in 30 minutes. Tap operates very well and looks elegant, highly recommended. The company can improve installation guide by adding more detail and also recommend some standard filters.

We have one of Arputhy taps. They offer a 3 year warranty on the product page but do not believe it. They do not respond to emails or messages. The tap no longer works and we cannot repair it either. Do not believe the 3 year warranty. Amazon does nothing to help either.

The tap is sturdy but I can’t believe in this twenty first century a company will manufacture an expensive tap as this with no marked sign of hot or cold on the swing handle of the tap. Everything is just plain. It’s a no brainier. I don’t know what they were thinking or the product did not go through quality control.

The service from this company was excellent. I ordered the first tap and it arrived but was the wrong finish. I returned it and ordered another, there was no fuss, return was easy. Both taps were really lovely. The one I've kept is now installed and so far so good, no leaks and seems sturdy, looks great. I would recommend this company.
