What is the total amount of pound resistance you can get out of this gripper?

I THINK that about is in the body copy on the product listing, BUT, I can tell you this, I have NEVER had a gripper that I could not compress, but this one, set of high, is the strongest i have ever encountered, and i have owned all kinds. This one is the King Kong of them all.

What are the benefits of this item?

It's the strengthen the muscles in your forearms which happen to be the muscles responsible for your grip strength.

What do "S" and "W" stand for on wheel labels? how about U and D, or + and - for up and down, gd grip? S is up resistence ; W is down.

S is Strong. So S is up resistence.
