We have used this as a weight-loss meal replacement. We have this in place of dinner. The sugar-free powder tastes delicious, vaguely like molten ice cream if you blend it with 250ml skimmed milk and ice. It is filling and works well. However, be warned that as with any high-protein supplement, you will need extra fiber and lots of water through the day to avoid constipation. Overall this works well and we'll definitely buy this again.

It was came opened and doesn't mix good.I have been using same brand whey it's good but ceasian protein isn't.

I am a beginner in weight lifting and have been taking MB casein and whey for over e months now. Results are great and there are loterally no side effects. Would recommend to beginners. Casein is a slow digestive when which helps you to recover for a longer period of time. The best time to take casein is just before going to bed which helps you to repair those damaged muscles while sleeping.
