Amazing transaction
I was never happier with this purchase. Three large windows, room blackout roller shades. They sent samples, we choose inside mount, blackout, HomeKit capable. Shades came before promised, professional packing, 100 percent complete, easy HomeKit install. Set to rise at 7am, close at 2pm. I smile as they all work together daily. We are already planning to replace shades in other rooms. Best part is we saved 3k over quotes we received from 2 national companies. 5star.

Just as ordered.
The blinds arrived earlier than predicted. They matched the measurements I had entered and fit perfectly. Blackout material is nice. The magnetic charging connection option makes connecting the charger easier. Mounting brackets are easy to use and the valance looks nice.

Awesome for the price - wish the motor was quieter
To be able to make custom sized blinds that are battery operated and work with HomeKit is one thing. To make it at this price is ever better - I only wished the motor was half as loud - have yet to test the durability though

Great blinds and customer service.
The blinds were perfect. Installation was simple enough but definitely need at least two people to do it properly.

NOT smart
Curtains randomly quit working. One of my nine curtains hasn’t worked in 4+ months, another hasn’t worked for 2+ months, and a third has now been offline for two weeks. I contacted the company, and after about a month, they sent me four replacement motors, with no instructions. HUGE waste of money!! ZERO useful product support.
