My Amazon Basics chair that I got in 2020 had broken, so I got this to replace it. My only issue is that the LED lights aren't working correctly, which is one of the reasons I got this. They'll be fine for a while—an hour or so—then freeze and eventually get really dim. The remote also doesn't work when this happens, so I turn it off at the power source and leave it alone for a while. I note that the connection where the USB plugs into the battery is kind of loose, and if I move it around, the lights kind of flicker, but doesn't do much else. I don't know if that's the issue, though, as when I turn it back on after a while, it works fine until the next time it happens. I don't know if this is a defect with the chair or something, but I am not really going to fault the seller for this. I may eventually order a different brand chair with LED lights elsewhere to match my keyboard, mouse, and speakers with LED lights. EDIT: As an update, the issue is with the battery pack, specifically with the USB outlet in it, and not the LED lights. I plugged the chair directly into a USB outlet powered by electricity, and it hasn't had issues since.

I'm giving 3 stars because the product is beautiful and when the features work it's amazing however the chair stopped working. The seller has contacted me and requested I send photos but I can not download them so I'm putting it on here in hopes that they can see it. Once they contact me again I will update my review. My son absolutely loved the chair UPDATE!!! The seller has sent a replacement chair I have not put it together yet. I'll give them another star fir sending a replacement. I'll update once I put it together

Easy to put together. Comfortable

lights and remotes on 2 chairs stopped working after about 2 weeks. Did everything in my power to get them operational. I changed the batteries in the remote and also bought a new USB Adaptor for the chair cords to connect directly to a wall socket, it was all to no avail. My sons are disappointed, because the reason we chose these chairs were for the lights and the discounted price. Fortunately, the company approved my return, but now im trying to figure out HOW I will return them

The chair purchase was very nice. I think that my son is just too overly active for this chair because he kind of broke it. The screws are not the best quality so if you are a good fixer-upper, I would say use some better quality screws but overall it did last time almost a year. I just know for a child with ADHD who is very active and doesn’t really know how to stay still too. Well I might need to get a more heavy duty chair. And he did enjoy the vibration part of the chair great purchase for child that is getting a gaming chair for the first time

This was a birthday gift for my son's 17th bday. He absolutely loves it! The lights and the massage feature are awesome features, especially for Jose long gamin' sessions. One down side was that it only came with one battery pack so both the massager and lights can't be plugged in at the same time... At least not via the battery box. A double USB/usb-c battery box or two would have made it perfect! Regardless, he's more than satisfied. Even putting it together wasn't terrible. Instructions were well written.
