My Amazon Basics chair that I got in 2020 had broken, so I got this to replace it. My only issue is that the LED lights aren't working correctly, which is one of the reasons I got this. They'll be fine for a while—an hour or so—then freeze and eventually get really dim. The remote also doesn't work when this happens, so I turn it off at the power source and leave it alone for a while. I note that the connection where the USB plugs into the battery is kind of loose, and if I move it around, the lights kind of flicker, but doesn't do much else. I don't know if that's the issue, though, as when I turn it back on after a while, it works fine until the next time it happens. I don't know if this is a defect with the chair or something, but I am not really going to fault the seller for this. I may eventually order a different brand chair with LED lights elsewhere to match my keyboard, mouse, and speakers with LED lights. EDIT: As an update, the issue is with the battery pack, specifically with the USB outlet in it, and not the LED lights. I plugged the chair directly into a USB outlet powered by electricity, and it hasn't had issues since.

I usually don't buy items unless they have lots of reviews but I decided to take a chance on this and so far I have been pleasantly surprised. The LEDs are awesome and the chair is very comfortable. For the price I think I got great value here. Will update again in 6 months if anything changes.

Cool chair, grandson loves it I only gave it 4 stars because the power source is a little sketchy, you have two features, vibrating pad and cool lights , but only one battery pack with only one plug, so you need to unplug one feature to plug in and use the other. Also there doesn't seem to be a convenient place to store the battery pack. Seems like little thought was givin to the power source for the chair lights and vibration. Other than that it's a nice chair.

lights and remotes on 2 chairs stopped working after about 2 weeks. Did everything in my power to get them operational. I changed the batteries in the remote and also bought a new USB Adaptor for the chair cords to connect directly to a wall socket, it was all to no avail. My sons are disappointed, because the reason we chose these chairs were for the lights and the discounted price. Fortunately, the company approved my return, but now im trying to figure out HOW I will return them
