Review: Disappointing Quality and Poor Customer Service
I was really disappointed with this item. The material feels cheap and flimsy, more like low-quality paper than what was advertised. To make matters worse, there’s no return option, which feels like a convenient way for the company to avoid accountability for their product. It's honestly a clever but frustrating business tactic. On top of that, the customer service was rude and unhelpful. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

The product is good, and it came in proper packing; slight folding of the picture was observed on unpacking. However, the overall picture product is good, and when pasted on the wall, it looks excellent.
