Good product
The legs are really strong and this product is very helpful for elderly and stroke patients. It was very easy to assemble as well. I am just not sure about the rod under the seat. That could have been more thick because that area will take some weight. Hope it lasts longer than expected.

Pathetic Product and Customer Support
I bought folding commode w/seat cover RMU 103 for my father who is 87 years old through Amazon vide invoice no CSOH/3292 dt 30/07/2021.It’s not been a year and the legs and other parts of the chair have rusted including the nuts and bolts. Moreover, when my father used the chair it just collapsed from one side and my father barely got saved. To my disbelief and horror the chair was a complete sub standard stuff.I spoke to your customer care and told about the status of chair. However, they said it’s normal. I want to tell that nowhere in product description it’s mentioned that the chair will get rust or take precautions. I am taking this matter with the Amazon as it’s complete forgery. If the seller knows it it must be mentioned. It’s common sense that a commode will Be used in washroom and water is bound to touch it. With utmost sadness and anger I have to state that when contacted the customer care they have mailed me to check out different chair which is much higher in cost and would be given a discount of 5%. This I declined as I was not looking for a discount but complete replacement as the product became defective less than a year. Hope this open eyes of those reading this review.

Good for standalone usage, unclean when used over existing commode
It is a very well made product. I might have given it a higher rating if I wanted to use it as a standalone unit. I bought it to use it over an existing western commode with an increased seating height after reading several reviews saying that it can be used. Unfortunately when it is placed over a western commode there is a gap between this seat and the commode seat which causes the water and other stuff to splatter out maKing it very unclean to use.
