ちょっと高さが足りなかったので、インソールで高さ調節して使ってますが、スクワットがやりいい！ オススメです。

普段3Eのスニーカーばかりなのですが、幅は少し小さめです。

I bought these for my 16 yr old son. He likes them a lot. He says they do make a positive difference in the gym compared to his regular cross trainers. He gives them 4 stars.

The shoes I received is a nightmare. Squat shoes should have a rigid flat bottom to allow for stable weight lifting, but the left shoe has an abnormal platform with a convex sole, making it unusable. Additionally, the returning shipping fee is very high, making it not worth my time and effort to proceed with the refund process. I absolutely do not recommend these shoes or the supplier.
