I used it today morning and in half an hour the dough had risen noticeably.The yeast will not rise and will die if it is in direct contact with salt or ice. So do not add salt on top of the yeast.4. Packaged well.5. I received yeast manufactured in March 2020 in the last week of June 2020. Since expiry is after 24 months I had 21 months left. If I store the excess in the freezer as soon as I open the pack it will keep longer.Or I can share the contents with friends.6. The smell is not as yeasty as the other bakers yeasts.7. It's been almost been 3 years, I haven't tried it in past 6 months but it was working fine till then. For the first two years the performance of this yeast was chef's kiss worthy, it would rise up beautifully and would make the breads and pizzas turn out equally perfect. Highly recommended, just be careful to store it well in an air tight container, and take out small portions in a separate container for use.

flour seem to raise prepared bun, cake and bread. storing it in fridge and freezer, need to see how long it will last.

I like this product very much. 1st it's very cheap compared to local market. Earlier I used to buy small packet of 35 gms for Rs 35. 2nd my wife like this product because the quality of yeast was superb as per expectations. We made pizza dow and bread with this yeast and the results were amazing. The pizza bread and bread was very very soft as per expectations as well. My son is very happy and says no need to buy from market we can make in home. Overall I recommend everyone who loves to cook pizza.. Bread... Burger in home to get this product as well as we get use it for idli and dosa batter as well.
