Superb quality

I had never baked bread with yeast before.This was the first time and it came out perfect.The proofing method on the container is best for baking bread. Reviewing after using for five successful baking event .I am editing and updating the review after few more uses and removing one star.The yeast at the bottom of the bottle are not working at all .I was following the instruction on the bottle too.The yeast has to be used up within two months after opening the bottle.For me it has been only a month and I came back to update this.Baking bread at home is fun but also work.I want yeast which works every time.

This was my first time using this brand of yeast. It ‘flowered’ better than some other brands I have used earlier. The dough proofed very well and I landed up with a nice fluffy airy loaf with a beautiful lattice that does not smell very ‘yeasty’! 🤩 The results speak for themselves. This was a simple white sandwich bread made with all purpose flour, for those who would like to know.I am very satisfied with the results and have already recommended this brand and the seller to others I know who bake bread. I will definitely buy this brand again.

This is definitely the best yeast in the market right now. I bought it after all the research and it works absolutely perfect. I have baked a alot of breads, loaves, pizza, Foccacia, and what not. Everything tasted good. Best thing is that it doesn't give that ott yeasty smell or taste. I even did cold fermentation for 5 days for pizza dough and it came out so perfect. Yes, i paid extra delivery charges but it is worth it.It came in Bakewala paper packaging and not in Amazon's packaging. But it was not damaged so all good. Let's see how long it's strength lasts. So far so good.

Instant yeast. I use it as per recipe. Either bloom it in warm water or add direct to flour on opp side of salt. Don't add atop salt, cos they are enemies.It proofs my doughs well enough if kept plastic clingwrapped or just nicely covered in a warm place away from draughts. But not as well as say Fleischman's. But I'm allergic to Fleischman's yeast. This doesn't give me any tummy issues.Pricey but compared to the others, far less so. Life of product - TBD.Edit -2023- this yeast remained good right until the end.

I baked bread 🍞 and pizza 🍕 first time from this yeast and it gives excellent result except it’s bad odour, it gives nice result in baking but it should be odourles else everything excellent work by the yeast.

Writing review after using weissmill yeast for almost 5months.This is the first time i bought an yeast bottle. Easy to use. This is not the instant yeast.. cant mix direclty in water. As ig is active yeast need to mix first in some flour and sugar with water,leave it for few minutes and let the yeast activate. After few min we can start our dough making procedure.the making process of dough is already mentioned on the bottle.On the bottle it is written instant active..but this is only active yeast. The only difference between instant and active is mixing directly in flour or water to make the yeast active.Made pizza,bread,naan everthing came up good..Stored in fridge from the day 1.
