Oh My This is GOOD Vinegar. I didn't know what to expect and what I received I could never have imagined. When you taste it for the first time, you know it's vinegar BUT.... The flavor is hard to describe. I will say it's sweet, as vinegars go, with a taste that is reminiscent of chocolate, good chocolate, not cheap chocolate. It is really good and adds a whole new level of flavor to any food. A MUST tray for any foodie. If you like new food tastes, just buy it. You can thank me later. A little pricey
Even though I find it quite a bit pricey, it's not bad and has a good flavor. It pairs pretty well with dumplings, so I'm happy at least about that.
