Not compatible with the UK
The phone works with calls and texts but does not work with mobile data on EE. Why are you selling a phone on Amazon UK that is not compatible with UK networks?

Not happy, bought phone in October, while on a call on 27th February phone shut off and been unable to restart it since. Unable to return as from Amazon us, took to a repair shop, told phone unrepairable, fed up didn't last for 6 mths, loss of £85

Nokia flip phone
Ad says its universal to all carriers but we have not found it to be so. Will try to get advice from local telstra shop after the festive season when they are more likly to be helpful. Has been un useable . very disappointed.

No Whatsapp and Facebook Apps
Bought this for my mom but had to return because there’s no Whatsapp and Facebook app which we wanted to use to chat and data call her. Overall a very good phone for senior people but only for calls and texts.

Grounded!!! This phone did its job!
I bought this flip phone as a punishment for my teenage daughter because her grades were not good. I didn't want her to be unable to get ahold of me while she was grounded from her smartphone, so I got her this flip phone. She hated not having her beloved smartphone so much that she brought her grades up just to get it back.I set out to find the simplest, most durable phone for my girl while she improved her grades and I found just that. It does have texting features, but you really have to work for the messages (MDC). The screen size is not the biggest, you can lock the phone, and it has internet (it's not the most convenient -which should be fine if you don’t plan to use internet much on your phone). If you're looking to buy this phone for its simplicity, then you've found the one. I love that I can just pop her SIM card in there anytime she's grounded or I feel like she's spending too much time on her phone. Such a basic phone! But it did exactly what I wanted it to…I should also mention the color we picked was pretty accurate.Oh! And I guess I should also mention that my daughter did get sick of the flip phone and worked very hard to earn her phone back! Lol

Mi papá tiene 69 años, y desde hace años, solo sabe usar los celulares de "tapita". Con el pasar de los años ha sido muy difícil conseguir, siempre son celulares de marca zuum o algo por el estilo. Pero no duran ni 2 años. Como son equipos muy baratos, siempre se le compra uno nuevo que encontremos en el mercado.Cuando vimos este equipo y vimos que ya tenía tecnología 4G y llamadas VOLTE, o sea, un equipo con tecnología de un smartphone, no le pensamos. Teclado fácil de usar, buen sonido y una claridad de llamadas como nunca. Estamos muy felices, tanto que compramos 1 equipo adicional para reserva en algunos años. Lo usamos con TELCEL y sin problemas. No funciona para redes ALTAN.
