TAZO Regenerative Calm Chamomile Herbal Tea Bags, Caffeine-Free Blend, 16 Count (Pack of 6)

Wonderful chamomile with subtle blend of relaxing aromatic herbs. An everyday indulgance worth every penny.

Need this tea for calming evening and taste good.

This is an excellent tea and it actually works. I have a huge mug of it, without adding anything, about two hours before I go to bed. Invariably, I find myself falling asleep for 15 minutes about half an hour later. In spite of that, it really makes a difference in my sleep quality. At first, I thought this was the placebo effect so I tried some other cheese without the specific ingredients. They did not work as well. I think it’s important to note that it’s a great blend for people like me who don’t like the flavor of chamomile. The extra ingredients round out the flavor and, I think, improve the medicinal effects—like passion flower, which is very calming—make it extremely different from plain old chamomile by itself.

I drink this tea almost every night. Help to get me ready to bed especially after a busy day. It helps me wind down and fall asleep faster. I used to take melatonin every night but it seemed like my body got so used to it that I needed to increase the dose. Decided to try a more natural way by drinking chamomile tea. Works for me so far.

My go to tea nightly. When my anxiety is up, this tea is my center. Finding it in the store is nearly impossible so to Amazon I go! (Always coming through). I would recommend this version of chamomile to anyone.
