Good quality ingredients. But need 2 tabs to reach 500mg of Calcium. Only good for people who'd have 250mg any day with 1 tab. Though it's probably mentioned somewhere online, still feel cheated so I've deducted a star for that. When you think the tablet should've worked with 1 tab per day, but it takes longer and requires many more doses to work and reduce bone pains. And the tablets are so big, you'd obviously think it's a high dose calcium. Don't even feel like having 2 tablets to reach 500mg. Really feel cheated. This is probably the last time I'll buy this brand of calcium. Will definitely be difficult to swallow for 40% of people.
