Just received the MINI 12 UPS yesterday, and my first impression is really good! The build quality feels premium and sturdy, and the battery backup is absolutely up to the mark. It’s working smoothly and providing reliable power backup as expected. You also get an additional 60 days of warranty after registration, which is a great bonus and adds extra peace of mind. So far, I’m fully satisfied with the performance. Now let’s see how consistently it maintains this backup performance over the coming days. Overall, a very promising product at first use!

The router UPS is delivered in good condition, and I connected this with my airtel extreme fibre router, 12A,2.so far this is working fine and no issues. The power is stable and no noise and versatile.

This is a very good product and nice backup when power gone and there is no work interpretation yet all.

Didn’t work for more than 6 months. Now, everytime power cuts off, our Internet is gone. Once power is back, takes minutes for Internet to start again! Hopeless device!!

This is a smart choice to keep your modem working and Wi-Fi uninterrupted, if you face frequent mains power cuts of small to medium durations. You can continue to work on your Laptop provided your Laptop also has a battery when the mains power is off. Better than installing a conventional 1kVA UPS to provide AC mains power which needs a Battery costing about Rs. 9000 and an inverter costing Rs. 6000.

I purchased this item in August 2020 for ₹2300 and it remained continuously plugged in. It functioned precisely for six years. At the time of my initial purchase, this product was innovative and faced minimal competition, with Resonate being the sole trusted and reliable brand. It is possible that increased competition or Free Trade Agreements have since led to a price reduction. I am now repurchasing it for ₹1800. At this price point, it represents excellent value, particularly for individuals residing in rental properties. For homeowners, a dedicated home inverter system would typically suffice. Thank you.

After 20 days user experience: It is working and also battery back up is good

Very bad product plus it came without its cables not as shown on the website.

It's quit useful for home, office as I bought this for my home in nepal cause of electricity is not stable 🙃, but since I am using this, very nice.
