Hi i have a sharp micro carousel model r-551zs will it fit that? thanks

Yes it fits perfectly. I have the same microwave.

Does polarity positive and negative matter? How can you tell? Will it cause damage if reversed?

Hello, about the microwave bulb, any side base can be positive or negative, please check, if any problem , please contact seller in any time.

Is this 125V or 230V? Description says one thing and the features say the other.

hello, this is of 125v, but if you are from EUROPE, we can send 230v ,so it is depend on your location, thanks

Will it work on a panasonic genious sensor 1250w?

If the original bulb/socket assembly looks similar, it should work. I found that the LED version is not as bright as the original incandescent filament bulb. The tradeoff is the long life of the LED bulb, which should last the rest of the microwave oven's lifespan, even with many times of leaving the oven door open.
