Not useful upto 10 months
Don't ever give babies wheat upto 1 year and wheat apple upto 10 months... Doctor suggested not give wheat as it is difficult to digest... My twins are 6 months and I gave rice cereal and started wheat only one-time I come to know they are crying no sleep at night very fussy bcoz they can't digest... Doctor told me not to give anything which has wheat so I am not ready to give wheat or wheat apple. I only give rice cereal upto 8 months .. so they mentioned 6+ months is totally wrong be careful guys...
