Could you freeze these to extend their life?

I've been freezing them for a year or longer without any issues. They taste fine when defrosted. They're also quite lovely as a frozen treat on a hot day.

I the US Pacific Northwest, I have it shipped in cooler seasons. I usually avoid the summer for that very reason.
