Resistance Hip Band for Women - Soft & Non Slip Design Bands (Mint, Small)

I was hesitant at first because I’ve gone through many terrible resistance bands, both fabric and the rubber stretchy ones. I was scared to waste more money. But once I took this out of its packaging, I knew I made the right choice. This band is SO durable, really really nice quality. The best part about it is that there’s no over stretching this thing, it is STRONG. (I got the S size) The second it came in, I went to work. Squats, clam shells, hip thrusts, etc. Didn’t even budge. The best part is with this band, my buns are (actually!!!) SORE. You know those workouts that feel like “Did I even do anything? I feel no soreness.” Not with this! I will definitely be repurchasing, I’m a very very satisfied customer right now.

The resistance on this band is incredible!! Its strong which makes you need to work more. Which is great because you feel the burn more in the booty. I can also tell with this band that it's going to last me a life time!! It's not your typical plastic resistance band that will fade and lose up over time. It will stay strong and tight while working to make your booty strong and plump.

I absolutely love this band. It’s strong and very practical. This is not like the plastic bands - this will definitely give you a workout! I am 5’2 115lbs and the S/M was perfect. I workout 5-6 a week.

After long hours of research, I decided to go with this band both based on pricing and reviews. The item arrived exactly as described and seems to be made of a very durable fabric. I have always used the stretchy rubber hip circles, but after a few months of heavy used they always developed a tear and snap in the middle of a workout. I ordered a S/M in the color mint. I have never used a fabric hip circle before, but I went off the sizing and the band does seem to be quite tight around my thighs. For reference I am 5'6" 138 lbs. Not sure if the band will loosen up over time. It works great for floor exercises and hopefully can use for standing work after it stretches out a bit. Overall an amazing purchase.

This thing is AMAZING!! I had been using the elastic kind...my trainer suggested this one...oh my gosh!! Talk about feeling like a newbie all over again! It's very challenging, but I love it! I can feel the burn after even just 5 minutes of using it. It's thick, it's got good resistance, and I love the color. Highly recommend to everyone!

I’m 5’0” 115 pounds, and this band is not very flexible like the stretchy rubber bands at the gym. I can’t take a full step sideways with it, and it’s pretty difficult to do a squat when trying to stand shoulder width apart. It is very thick and good quality, but not very practical for what I’m using it for.

This is a hands down amazing hip band. I have been using it since I bought it just about every single time I go work out. It’s durable and everything you’d expect from a great hip band. I highly recommend buying from FITGIRL. I bought a small band and I weight 138 it was a bit tight but I wanted more resistance. Thank you again for the great product!

This band has quite a bit of resistance but I definitely like to use it for booty/thigh workouts. Because it is so small you cannot use it for more than a handful of exercises, but it does work well and Is made well.
