Easy to use, sturdy product
This is useful to make long noodle-like juliennes of veggies such as carrots, zucchini, potatoes, cucumber, etc. It's really sharp so one needs to be extra careful but it comes with a plastic guard that you can pull down over the blade.

Oxo is truly the best peeler brand around, and I make this statement after having experienced their products for over two years. While some may criticize that they are over priced, good things always come at a price
