Waste of Money – Old/Damaged Product & No Customer Support
Waste of Money – No Proper Response from Amazon or Kaya Very disappointed with this purchase. I ordered Kaya White Resilience Antox Vit-C Face Serum, but the product I received appears to be old/damaged stock. The colour and condition of the serum are different, and the bottle shows signs of leakage and poor storage/handling. I contacted Amazon and Kaya regarding this issue, but I have not received any proper response or satisfactory resolution. For a skincare product, customers expect genuine, fresh, properly sealed products from a reliable source. Completely disappointed with both the product and the customer support. This purchase feels like a total waste of money. I would not recommend this product or seller unless the quality and customer service are properly addressed.

Works good on my dry and sensitive skin. Gives best results while applied at night followed by any suitable good moisturizer or night cream.
