Few Parts are defective.. Though game is good..

Many of the parts are defective, paying this high price this kind of quality is not acceptable. Main battery part that connects with wheels is loose, how to fix that?We like this game as it's a good option for basic knowledge of robotics n engeenering for young kids.. My 5 yr can't get over with it.. So game is good only few quality issue only.
