What if my plate/bowl arrives damaged or with defects?

We carefully inspect and pack each item. If your order arrives damaged or has manufacturing defects, please message us via Amazon messaging. We will promptly resolve the issue for you with a free replacement.

Is this dinnerware food-safe and free of harmful chemicals?

Absolutely! Your health is our priority. GZG ceramic dinnerware is crafted from premium, food-safe clay and glazed with a non-toxic, lead-free and cadmium-free glaze.

Can I use this in the microwave, dishwasher, and oven?

Yes! Our stoneware plates and bowls set is perfectly safe for microwave, dishwasher, and oven use. It's crafted to be highly durable and heat-resistant for your everyday convenience.

Will the plates get scratched when stacked together?

The underside of each piece of tableware is hand-polished to minimize scratching. Our plates and bowls feature a reinforced, chip-resistant rim that minimizes scratching when stacked.

If I order more sets in the future, will the color match perfectly with my current set?

While we strive for consistency, subtle color tones may vary between batches(common in ceramics) due to the natural ceramic process and kiln conditions. For perfect color matching, we highly recommend purchasing all the pieces you need at one time.
