Fantastic get opener for the money
Firstly the speed in which it was delivered was great. The quality is excellent with easy instructions for installation and finally when i contacted customer support the agent Zack responded and supported me exactly with the information i was after - so for me an all round great experience.Many Thanks

The kit and Instructions were very comprehensive and easy to follow without further assistance.The RK990T unit has served me perfectly until very recently when I had an issue caused by insects getting into one of the photocells. Online assistance was friendly, prompt, clear and successful. I would recommend this product to anyone.

Good product with clear instructions but the infrared beans are too sensitive
Compared to the previous one I used, this is a much better quality product. However, the gear rail is plastic! Which is quite disappointed, so I didn’t use them but keep the old iron from the previous one which is much stronger. Another complaint is the infrared beans, after spending a long time figured out how it works and installed them properly, they are just too sensitive! Even just operating the gate under strong wind which causes some vibration movement from the gate itself, and it just stopped, which is way too sensitive so I decided not to use the infrared beans and have less trouble.

Very easy to install!
Surprised as to how easy it was to install. Bought for a large heavy gate and works a treat. We put the light on the inside so the dogs know we are home (time to start up the tail wagging). Decent bit of kit and pleased we bought it. You need to email for your warranty but easily done. Highly recommend.

Overall, very good
Arrived very well packed and first impressions are of a quality product. Installation was much easier than I expected and every thing worked first time. I ordered the extra remote controls giving a total of 4 and the programming of the additional 2 was easy and straight forward. Operation is very smooth and the end limit detection to stop the gate trigger quickly.

Miss wired unit
Product turned up and would not work. Had to get an electrician to re wire the control panel as had not been connected correctly as per the diagram in the manual. Frustrating as had to pay extra to get it to work!

Excellent product.
Good User Manual but recommend to view the Installation Video on You Tube.I had to contact Support because of a problem. A guy named Zack emailed me with a reply within a few hours and helped me to solve the problem. It transpired that I had made a mistake with the connection for the photo sensors.I would strongly recommend this product and this company.
