I started with 1 pill, then 2, then 3 but when i take 3 i get bad cramps and also it Doesn’t work at all, doesn't curb my hunger at all, in fact i seem to be eating more when i take this! What a waste of money. If anyone wants to try, give me your add so i can ship the leftovers. Such a big big big waste of time & money!!

I read alote of feedback about this product and I was so excited about it and when I try it's really work first make me feel full all the time and close my Appetite, I am not feeling hungry all the time and help me to not smoke too much during the day I am using this product 3 days back and I will check my weight end of the week👍

Excellent product... But, I must take four caps at a time for it to work. IT SURE WORKS.

I buy these to suppress my appetite, bottom line. My meds cause me to eat and with these, I feel fuller, faster. I have found that the best amount of time between taking them and enjoying a meal is about 20 minutes. The trick is to stay on top of taking these just before eating.
