Very happy with my purchase, great stylish, well made toilet. Looks a lot more expensive than the price paid. Comfortable to sit on, seat is soft closing, easy to clean and looks wonderful in our newly refurbished cloakroom

Nice design and the rimless design flushes exteremely well - a key function of a loo! Fixings are attractive. Best of all the soft close seat can be removed by pressing a button. Equally the seat mounting can be fixed and removed with the WC in place - Good design!

The seat looks thin but it’s sturdy and beautiful quality, we are really pleased

This is a substantial toilet, good size & height. The weight to it makes it look and feel much more expensive. I excellent flush.

We having a complete refit of our downstairs cloakroom, I picked this WC pan as it looked similar to the one we currently have for our upstairs bathroom. It’s was installed by a professional plumber with a 6 litre concealed cistern. Once complete went to flush the toilet the water only flush half way to the middle of the rim (not all around the rim) having two young boys The loo will eventually be stain really quickly where the water is not flushing all the way to the front. Sent a video to the seller explaining the issue, seller (Jason) very adamant nothing is wrong, asked if it was installed by a professional answer is yes. The toilet have 11 water holes total, seller emailed back asking if we could block some holes. After blocking 5 holes out of 11 the flush seem to have a full flush seller think that is normal to buy a toilet and have to block some holes to get full flush and the fault is with installation and water pressure. Let me assure you nothing is wrong with installation and water pressure, we have 3 other similar toilets in the house and none of them needs blocking holes in order to full flush. Seller refused for return saying it’s been installed and used. Really.... how do seller think I know the fault without installing and flushing the water. Bottom line DO NOT BUY clearly there is a design fault with too many holes which once flush water comes out all 11holes at the same time which make the water pressure slow so not getting the to front of the pan, once 5 holes are block magically water managed to get to the front. I don’t expect to have to BLOCK 5 HOLES for a toilet to get full flush. DO NOT BUY, buy from a different seller that won’t ask you to block holes in order for toilet to work as it should.

It’s easy to clean. However after 3 years of usage, the toilet seat (the plastic part) is broken. Any link to buy a replacement?
