I keep getting them. Helps me go to the bathroom without feeling like I can't leave my house. I take less than the recommend dosage (1 pill every night) and feel better. I know if I'd take more, I would be more regular.

Works exactly as it says it would. I feel like you get a good amount considering the price. I don’t even think you really need 2 a day. It works the same day you take it

I had a horrible constipation problem for years.These will do the trick,I only take 2 daily.You don't feel no cramping or stomach ache..I take it before bed,and you'll definitely go in the morning.I been buying them over a year now.

Felt better and cleaner after a few nights of using them, they did alter my cycle a little bit but it has since gone back to normal. No abnormal taste, just on the way to cleanliness.

On my 2nd bottle of this stuff, and NOTHING has worked in 20+ years. I have IBC, and in fact, my colon perforated when I was 40 YO (now 60ish). After darn near dying from that crisis, I’ve been going to GI docs and battled bouts of diverticulitis for many years. I’ve taken EVERY herbal remedy, EVERY expensive probiotic, swallowed EVERY bulky “go” beverage and taken EVERY expensive Rx (Linzess etc). They all work. At first. Then my body gets used to them and they stop being effective, or they bloat and cramp my belly. I have always consumed fresh salad every day, other fresh veggies daily and drink tons of Ph balanced water every day. But I got into even more of a “no go” cycle after starting a very low carb diet 3 months ago, when the extra dairy in my diet caused major IBC again. But this stuff is working! Sometimes it overworks, so I just skip a day or two, or I back down from 2 to 1/night before bedtime. It’s literally, truly the only time in my entire life I feel like my digestive system is “normal.” Here’s hoping my body doesn’t get used to this one, but to have it work “REGULARLY” 3 months is AMAZINGLY comfortable! PS- It’s very possible this would “overwork” in most people, and I doubt it’s meant for daily long term use in most folks. But for the few of us who REALLY need “help,” this has been great!
