These creatine tablets are by far the best in the market. I have tried multiple brands but these are the best. The tablets are slightly on the bigger side and they are quite dusty too, so could be hard to swallow, but by drinking plenty of water (which you should be doing anyway when having creatine) it’ll go down with ease. Very good value for money and I can only highly recommend these are THE BEST creatine tablets for those looking to start it

Great Tabs better than capsules easy to swallow

Da ich Tabletten wegen der genaueren Dosierung praktischer als das Pulver finde habe ich mich für die MyProtein Tabletten entschieden. Erstmal vorweg: Mit Kreatin kann man nicht viel falsch machen es ist günstig und sehr gut verträglich mit keinen Nebenwirkungen bei richtiger Anwendung und Dosierung. Einnehmen tue ich 5 Tabletten pro Tag (5g Kreatin) trotz der Empfehlung von 3 Tabletten, da ich bei meinem Pulver immer die Empfehlung von 5g erhalten habe und schon immer mein Kreatin so eingenommen habe. Tabletten sind ziemlich groß und Leute die sich dabei schwer tuen sollten lieber das Pulver kaufen.
