I use this regularly to avoid going to the chiropractor and having my neck manipulated. Snap and pop. This is a much gentler stretch similar to decompression but you have complete control. Be sure you are following the instructions so that you don't over stretch. Relieves pain and aches within minutes of use. I sit at a desk all day so this is part of my daily routine. Good quality product.

Works well for decompression on my 4 bulging discs in neck!

Works good but a little undersized for bigger men (I am 6'2" and 215)... I had another brand that fit well and this one has a neck opening that is a bit too small. Had to knock off a star due to the fit.

I bought five of these and some will not hold air. Also other than with a slightly wet brush there is no way to clean them because if water gets inside they are ruined ànd/or can develop mold

Nice device for neck traction.

To get enough pressure for any noticeable traction on my neck, its cutting off circulation. Also, the first time putting it on, I noticed one of the velcro pieces is only about 2/3 sewn on. Unfortunately, its the velcro on the airbag, not the strap, so I can't sew it on the rest of the way without puncturing it. Poor quality control, and doesn't fit me well. The material is soft, and it did not leak
