After 2 years, Achilles tendonopathy GONE in 2 weeks!
I’ve suffered off & on with Achilles tendonopathy for almost 2 years but last October things got worse & I was unable to run.Even walking was difficult & led to more pain.Bilateral swelling around the Achilles which was very tender, which I assume was scar tissue from an earlier tear from sometime in the past.I had been doing eccentric contractions for weeks with little or no improvement.I saw a video on YouTube by ChinskiChat who had found great benefit from using an ultrasound but I didn’t have £150 at the time so, after reading all the great reviews here, I bought this muscle roller & worked it up & down the tendon 50 times x 6/day.Very painful. Starting very, very gently & building up pressure.Almost immediately I saw improvements in both pain & swelling.I also bought a massage oil & used fingers, knuckles & thumbs along & across the tendon 3 times a day.In 2 weeks 99% of pain & 95% of swelling had gone. After suffering so long, it is a miracle to me.I’m back running again 5 times a week, which is a joy & building up to 5k again & Achilles is handling it fine.My goal now is to build up to 10k.I just wanted to let other people suffering with this awful condition hope that it is possible to recover quickly.Thank you to Physix Gear for this product.Without it I would probably still be hobbling around miserably feeling like an old man.God bless anyone in pain reading this & I hope you are able to get relief & make a full recovery.

Happy Running
Hi to all you runners. I am currently in the middle of my Loch Ness Marathon training over here in Scotland. This will be my 3rd marathon and I am just sharing some helpful info for anyone suffering from tired sore muscles. I have tried foam rollers and found they do help a little. Then I thought I would give the muscle rolling stick a try and can't believe the difference it has made. I use it before runs and after runs and can tell you it really does work and I don't have to lay on the floor to use it. I am currently up to 15 miles (24KM) for my weekly long run and this quickly relieves any tight, knotty feeling in my legs. For anyone who hasn't tried one I highly recommend trying one. Happy Running.

Fantastic item to unknot muscles
With walking and carrying heavy items 9 hours a day around 100 acres of Twycross Zoo my muscles were going into cramp rather a lot. This Psysix stick so far has been rather fantastic, the only problem not having enough time to unknot all my muscles with the item! It's a very simple item but very effective with yourself putting as much pressure or speed into working your muscles looser. Pretty sturdy and simple, it's just like a rolling pin with rollers with notches but since receiving the item around two or three weeks back has been worth every penny unknotting my leg/neck and back muscles (not so easy for the shoulders without being a contortionist). Highly recommended!!!

I recommend
I'm so glad I bought this I was surprised because the rollers are smooth but I just push harder, find a spot a work it out, even find spots you didn't know you had and ones that travel along the muscle!

Muscle soother
I wish I had this product years ago. It is an excellent quality muscle roller which will in my opinion defintely help with shin splints and calf muscle pains. I use this with spikey massage balls and they have both helped in my recovery. Just get it, you will not regret it. One more thing, don't buy a cheap muscle roller, this one is reasonably priced and the quality is excellent.

I am a 70 year old man who has run ...
I am a 70 year old man who has run since childhood and was recently diagnosed with accute sciatica,i was advised by friends who have had this problem in the past to get myself a roller massage stick. This has helped to ease of the constant pain and get me mobile again, i am still not fully fit yet,but would recomend any sports minded pearson to invest in a muscle roller massage stick to help with pulls and strains.

brilliant immediate relief
As a sufferer of osteoarthritis in my knee, ankle, hip and other joints I get a lot of muscle and tendon soreness and tightness, I have tried several things without success and tbh thought this would be same however, I am totally delighted with results using this and the immediate relief it gives. Thank you so much. I wondered about maybe making a smaller type with easier to grip handles? Or similar items aimed at people with disabilities as well. Just a thought, but thank you so much again.

Great product!! Couldn't be more pleased 😁🏊🏻♀️🚴🏻♀️🏃♀️
Fantastic product!! Arrived super fast and although I have a couple foam rollers I hate using (and therefor don't!) but this roller stick is awesome - you can inflict as much or as little pain as you can handle! (Ahem, I mean as much 'healing' 😜) Heading off to race this weekend - and so happy to have this little magic stick along with me! Couldn't be more pleased with the product and the customer service! Thanks a million :)
